With so many options available, navigating your professional and academic development might sometimes feel overwhelming.
While everybody's development journey is different, we've created a number of role-specific development narratives that set out a recommended professional development programme containing key information, activities, and resources.
The roles that the narratives relate to are Assistant Professor (Teaching), Lecturer (Teaching) and Assistant Lecturer (Teaching).
Each narrative aligns to the six themes that feature in the academic development reflection tool. We recommend you use this information to aid reflection on your professional development, ideally in as part of development conversations with your manager.
